Fleetworthy Launches Single Sign-On and Mobile App for Small Fleets
New unified login, centralized vehicle management, and FleetworthyGO mobile app aim to cut time spent toggling between compliance, toll, and bypass systems.

Fleetworthy rolled out three platform upgrades May 20 that let small fleets manage compliance, tolls, and weigh station bypass from one login instead of juggling separate portals.
What does Fleetworthy's unified platform actually do for a 3-truck fleet?
The company announced a single sign-on across its safety, compliance, toll management, and PrePass weigh station bypass services. A fleet that previously logged into three or four separate dashboards, one for ELD compliance, one for toll reconciliation, one for bypass credits, now uses one username and password. Fleetworthy CEO Tom Fogarty said the change targets the time owner-operators lose switching between disconnected systems.
"Today's fleets are managing increasing complexity, more vehicles, more drivers, more regulations and more disconnected systems," Fogarty said during the company's Customer Roadshow event in Austin, Texas. "What fleets are asking for is simplicity. They want visibility, they want integration and they want trusted partners that can help them operate more efficiently."
Centralized Vehicle Management pools truck data in one screen
The second upgrade, Centralized Vehicle Management (CVM), gives dispatchers and owner-operators a single view of each truck's compliance status, toll account balance, permit expiration dates, and bypass eligibility. Before CVM, a dispatcher checking whether a truck could legally cross into California had to open the permitting portal, then the compliance dashboard, then the toll system to verify the account wasn't suspended. CVM surfaces all three data points on one screen.
Fleetworthy did not publish subscription pricing for the CVM module or confirm whether it's included in existing contracts or sold as an add-on.
FleetworthyGO mobile app debuts for drivers
The third launch, FleetworthyGO, is a mobile app that puts weigh station bypass notifications, toll account balances, and compliance alerts on a driver's phone. A driver approaching a PrePass-equipped scale gets the bypass green light or pull-in instruction through the app instead of waiting for the in-cab transponder beep. The app also shows real-time toll charges, so an owner-operator running their own truck can see the Indiana Toll Road hit their account before the monthly statement arrives.
Fleetworthy has not disclosed whether FleetworthyGO requires a separate subscription or comes bundled with existing PrePass or toll management accounts. The company also did not specify iOS or Android availability or release a download link during the Austin event.
Fleetworthy's existing services stay separate for now
Fleetworthy provides ELD and fleet safety software, electronic toll payment (including E-ZPass and SunPass integration), oversize and overweight permitting, and PrePass weigh station bypass subscriptions. The unified login and CVM tools connect these services at the dashboard level but do not merge the underlying accounts. A fleet still maintains separate toll accounts by state and a separate PrePass transponder subscription, the new platform simply reduces the number of logins required to check balances and compliance status.
The company did not announce pricing changes tied to the platform integration. Existing Fleetworthy customers will receive the unified login automatically; the company has not confirmed a rollout schedule for CVM or FleetworthyGO access.
What small fleets should check this week
If you already use Fleetworthy for tolls or PrePass, log into your account and confirm whether the single sign-on upgrade has gone live. If you're still entering separate credentials for compliance and toll dashboards, contact Fleetworthy support to request access to the unified platform. If you run three trucks or fewer and spend more than 15 minutes a day toggling between toll portals, permitting systems, and compliance dashboards, the CVM module may cut that time in half, but confirm the cost before adding it to your subscription.
