Penske Logistics VP Aurélie Doucette wins 2026 Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award
Women In Trucking Association names 20-year operations leader for mentorship and supply chain performance

Aurélie Doucette, vice president of dedicated contract carriage operations at Penske Logistics, has been named the 2026 Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award recipient by the Women In Trucking Association, Truck Parking Club, and Transportation Intermediaries Association.
Why did Aurélie Doucette win the Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award?
Doucette was selected for her contributions to operational excellence and her commitment to mentoring and advancing women in the industry. She has more than two decades of experience in trucking operations.
"With more than two decades of experience, Aurélie exemplifies the leadership and dedication this award was created to recognize," Jennifer Hedrick, president and CEO of Women In Trucking, said. "Her commitment to developing people, improving operations, and advancing opportunities for women makes her an outstanding ambassador for the industry."
Doucette began her career with Transfreight and continued her leadership growth following its acquisition by Penske Logistics. In her current role, she works with her team to accelerate supply chain performance for customers spanning several industry verticals.
Mentorship and internal leadership
Doucette serves as executive champion of Penske Logistics' Women's Business Resource Group, where she supports mentorship, professional development, and inclusion initiatives. She is also a two-time recipient of the company's President's Award.
Finalists for the award included Eileen Dabrowski, founder and CEO of Apex Tide Consulting, and Erin Mitchell, COO of YMX Logistics.
What this means for women in trucking
The Distinguished Woman in Logistics Award recognizes leaders who advance operational performance while creating pathways for women entering and advancing in the industry. Doucette's selection highlights the value of mentorship programs and internal resource groups at carriers — structures that owner-operators hiring drivers or building small fleets can adapt at smaller scale through informal mentorship and professional development support.
